  Excellent service-thanks so much Jeff. Rang up for a quote to lay a bedroom carpet, after being let down. Was offered next day. When i rang back to confirm he offered to come later that afternoon. No messing, job done to a very high standard..nothing was a problem at a very reasonable rate. Will definitely use again esp as he said he could have done a better deal on the price of carpet and underlay

  Initially I was impressed, received a phone call to arrange a. appointment to take measurements. Came a few days later, Said he would email the quote the next day. Got an email the same day to say the carpet I wanted was out of stock, I replied to ask for a quote for a different carpet or for fitting only, 2 days passed with no reply so I phoned and left a message, left another message the following day and still no response. I was previously let down by another company and he was aware of this so to not return my calls and wasting my time is not on. Not impressed with this company.
